Mr. Sheikh Rayees is a respected senior citizen and community leader from Rahmoo village, District Pulwama. He is widely known for his integrity, wisdom, and lifelong service to society. With decades of experience in community affairs and public life, he has earned deep trust and respect among the people of Rahmoo and surrounding areas.
Mr. Sheikh Rayees brings strong abilities in:

Mr. Sheikh Rayees has received Community Service Award and District Appreciation Award for his longstanding contribution to social welfare, peace building, and community development in Pulwama.
With a lifetime of involvement in local welfare, dispute resolution, and social initiatives, Mr. Sheikh Rayees has seen the evolution of community life in Pulwama. When RPI was founded in 2018, he joined the organisation to provide guidance, stability, and ethical leadership.
As Chairman of RPI, he ensures that the organisation stays people focused, non political, and service driven. Under his leadership, RPI has expanded from a village initiative into a district wide platform connecting over 150 villages and helping resolve thousands of community issues.
