Ruma Reshi Cricket Club (RRCC) was established in 2021 with a clear vision to promote cricket, discipline, and positive youth engagement in Pulwama. What began as a small group of passionate players has grown into one of the most respected and competitive sports clubs in the district.
RRCC operates under the banner and support of Rahmoo Public Interest (RPI) to provide young people with a healthy and structured platform where their energy, talent, and ambition can be shaped into confidence, teamwork, and achievement. The club regularly provides cricket kits, equipment, and training support to its players, ensuring that financial limitations never stop talent from growing.
Along with cricket, RRCC actively promotes other sports such as hockey, football, volleyball, badminton, and kabaddi, helping young people develop physical fitness, discipline, and a competitive spirit across multiple games.
Since its establishment, RRCC has won many tournaments and trophies across Pulwama and nearby districts. Both the Senior and Junior teams have delivered outstanding performances, earning respect from other clubs and organisers
Several RRCC players have been selected by the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, reflecting the club’s quality and training standards.

The Governing Body of Ruma Reshi Cricket Club (RRCC) consists of dedicated individuals who guide the club’s vision, manage its operations, and ensure the growth, discipline, and success of players. Their leadership plays a key role in building sports culture, youth development, and organisational strength within RRCC.
